Unconditional love is the energy of creation….in the spark of creation…everything is perfect everything, everything is as it should be. Creator/ Source/God does not have to wonder if it is perfect because it is. This unconditional love as energy is so bright that it would blind the human eyes.Unimaginable yes....but unconditional love in its purest form is millions of times brighter and stronger then the sun. It is the energy that always was, always is and always will be. You are a spark of this energy ...created from this energy you’re longing and purpose is to reconnect with this energy. All humans have the ability to reconnect with this energy and most have had glimpses of how powerful this energy is. It may have been the birth of there child, a random act of kindness, the love they feel for another or simply a magical moment provided by nature. In reconnecting with Creator/Source/God you are connecting back to this powerful energy that brought you forth in this your earth existence as a spirit in a body co-creating with that source. Unconditional love starts with ones self, knowing that you are perfection created by perfection. So much stands in the way of this feeling for ones self, programming from family and friends, programming from the media and the ego it self. How many of you right now can look into the mirror and say to that person you see, I love you. How many can look into that same mirror and say I love you, you are worthy. This is a very difficult task indeed but will put you into a growth pattern to open your self up to who you really are: a perfect spirit, in a perfect body, having a perfect experience on planet earth. Why is it if you ask a child to look into the mirror and say the same thing they have absolutely no issue with it. Number one they still have a knowingness of there perfection, number two they have not been programmed yet. As you shed your hurts, as you forgive yourself and others, as you have gratitude for everything you are and have. As you learn your lessons and take responsibility for them. You begin to open up to unconditional love of yourself, you open up to who you really are a perfect spirit in a perfect body having a perfect experience on planet earth as a co- creator with Creator/source/God. Until you can love your self, you can not hope to fully love another or begin your journey back to the one who brought you forth in this life time.

Try this exercise: Daily for one month, Look into the mirror and say I love you, you are worthy, you are a perfect spirit in a body.

Use this affirmation daily: I am spirit , I am worthy and whole ,  All is forgiven and released,
